A Family Owned Business…
TNStumpff Enterprises, LLC, a family-owned business, has been contracting with the United States Postal Service since 2006. Founder Terry Stumpff’s first contract was delivering mail to 50 local residences in the Rustling Pines subdivision in Midway, Florida. From those early beginnings, the company steadily expanded throughout the Florida Panhandle.
On January 2, 2011, TNStumpff Enterprises ventured outside the state of Florida, launching a new USPS Contract Delivery Service (CDS) box delivery route in Alabama. Since that time, the company has grown into one of the nation’s largest Contract Delivery Service providers for the United States Postal Service. By February 2013, TNStumpff Enterprises had expanded to over 45 USPS contracts nationwide.

On August 5, 2008, TNStumpff Enterprises was honored with the Eagle Spirit Award in recognition of exemplary service provided to the United States Postal Service. This award recognizes organizations that consistently demonstrate quality, dedication, leadership, and the spirit embodied by the American Eagle. The company was honored with this award a second time on August 7, 2012, further reflecting its ongoing commitment to excellence.
In 2024, ownership of TNStumpff Enterprises transitioned to Terry Stumpff’s daughter, Tran Nguyen, and long-time employee Alison Smidt. Under their leadership, the company continues to build upon the strong foundation established over the past two decades. Terry remains an active part of TNStumpff Enterprises through minority ownership and continues to provide guidance and consulting support.
